چکیده

The research featured the effect of a diet fortified with essential microelements on ruminal microbiota young rams. Ruminal is largely responsible for feed digestibility and body functioning cattle.
study involved contents rumens jejuna seven-month-old rams Edilbaev breed, which were subjected to biofortified diet. included Russian additives Yoddar-Zn DAFS-25 represent protein-carbohydrate complex plant silicon. microflora digestive tract was tested using molecular genetic method terminal restriction fragment length polymorphism (T-RFLP) sequestration. microstructural studies jejunum samples exploited light microscopy.
increased population cellulolytic lactate-fermenting bacteria, as well Prevotella sp. microbiome bifidobacteria in rumen samples. data obtained revealed taxonomic pattern microorganisms profile. ratio normal, opportunistic, pathogenic, nonculturable, transit microflora. wall from experimental group that fed had more distinct micropicture mucous membrane. Their balance fewer pathogenic opportunistic microorganisms, also confirmed by morphology.
proved beneficial ram inhibited negative treponemas rumen. improved digestion, absorption, assimilation food nutrients, livestock yield.

1. to determine whether difference in birth body mass influenced growth performance in pipistrellus kuhlii we studied a total of 12 captive-born neonates. bats were assigned to two body mass groups: light birth body mass (lbw: 0.89 ± 0.05, n=8) and heavy birth body mass (hbw: 1.35 ± 0.08, n=4). heavier body mass at birth was associated with rapid postnatal growth (body mass and forearm length) ...
